Once a year, Yosemite’s Horsetail Fall ignites with sunset light, glowing like molten lava against the sheer granite of El Capitan. I framed this rare phenomenon between dark pines to heighten the contrast—ember orange against cool stone—for a dramatic, vertical statement piece.
